This is the other flag ship out of this brand (sav blanc the other), the wine has a beautiful cherry nose of dark fruits and the palate is clean with great depth of flavour with a hint of oak in the back ground. This wine will cellar for up to5to 10 years and will develop more concentrated characters.

DRINK WITH – a duck dish – Peking is the best partner.
