This is a farm house style of apple cider made for the Pink lady William apples.
The Farm house means a flat style with no fizz; the cider is a true reflection of the traditional English old school styles. The nose has loads of ripe apples and a sweetness on the nose, the palate is loaded with fullness of flavour of apples. This is also preservative free so it has no sulphur added what so ever. To drink this cider its recommended you pour half cider and half ice into a pint glass. At 8% alcohol it is on the high side but once watered down with some ice it is too easy to drink.
