Food – Enjoy the Blanc with preserved figs, blue cheese and smoked meats.
Drink now or in the next couple of years. (Bio Dynamic, Organic)
2010 vintage – A tasty aperitif style wine of good complexity, with lively splashes of mandarin, cherry, strawberry and cream.
Tasting Notes:
Ok this is the real winner from Richmond plains, the wine is made form Pinot Noir and has been turned into a white wine, so it has all the citrus and stone fruit characters on the bouquet and has a the richness of a red wine on the palate. Sound crazy but this is a smash able wine and will win you over – trust me.
DRINK WITH – on its own or if you have to try it something drink it with Vietnamese beef in vine leafs.
